Private Residence
With this project we experiment with the challenges of a modern townhouse, not only in terms of interior design but also with architecture. Our idea is to achieve a balance between a quiet and clean line and extravagant bursts of fantasy, to combine contemporary shapes and designs with an exotic decorative element.
We have proposed and implemented changes to the original design of the facade and the logic of the space. For the facade we preferred stone cladding and fine detail. We were looking for a more expressive combination of lights and shadows, which we use in the development of the interior concept. We have created a new vision for the entrance area.
We transformed it into a three-level atrium. In this way we symphonize the spaces, we emphasized on the connections between the exterior and the interior more interesting and create a sense of airiness and lightness. We also planned to reorient the zones so that each would have east exposure and views of the sunrise, the coniferous forest and the Sofia field. Because the urban people need their moments of contemplation.
WOW effect
The facade inspired by art deco style and lined with natural stone, and the fine detail that creates a caper of lights and shadows.
The atrium – Impossibility and airiness created by harmoniously overflowing shapes and glass. The stone cladding and TERZANI hanging lamps aesthetically emphasize on the scope of the project
