The Door LA
This is our second project in the City of Angels. The Door is a restaurant/bar in West Hollywood. The name itself points to our concept – with an interior design to express the richness of the sensations in front of an unopened door, the thrill of the question what is behind it, the subdued brilliance of the mystical, the fields of fantasy, the almost sensual pleasure of anticipating the surprise. The designed version of the idea of luxury corresponds to the specific beauty of the place itself and is the essence of the elegant way to enjoy life. The interior offers a relaxed and comfortable dining environment with light music that becomes a dynamic club environment overnight.
The WOW effect
Kinetic ceiling installation – a modern and a poetic accent, part of the concept of the mysteriously surprising.
The imposing bar, thematically decorated with gold elements – door handles, thus acquiring the appearance of a huge extravagant jewel.
VIP area – separated by rotating mirrors, both integrated and elegantly isolated from the rest of the space.
The lavish theatricality of the entrance area – mysterious dark curtains, a baroque mirror, a gorgeous chandelier, and a whole wall, ornamented with decorative door knockers, nourish the pleasure of going too strong in a beautiful way.
